Bluechain does not store information such as your credit card or bank login details. These details are used to set up your payment methods but are never retained by our systems.

Bluechain uses a multi-factor authentication protocol to keep your personal information (like email address and phone number) safe. The security measures employed by Bluechain exceed any other payment system currently in use anywhere in the world.

Only you can authorise payments from your accounts that are linked to your Bluechain payment methods and then only from a device that has been registered by you with Bluechain.
