The activation process ensures that the person adding a payment method is authorised to use it.
When you add a payment method, we will process two small transactions (under $1) on your card or bank account. You will need to know these two amounts to activate your eCard.
To activate an eCard:
Check your account statement and locate the two Bluechain activation transactions.
In the eCard carousel, tap the eCard you want to activate.
Type these amounts in the Amount 1 and Amount 2 fields. The order doesn't matter.
Tap Activate.
The two activation transactions will be reversed as soon as the eCard has been activated.
