If you have lots of bills, approving them one by one can be tiresome. When you set up the integration between Xero and Bluechain, select the Bulk payments option.

This option uses the Xero Planned date field to batch up bills to be actioned in the Bluechain app. Individual or urgent bills can still be sent to the app for immediate action by setting the Planned date to today.
