Cancelling a payment request from Xero

When a bill is marked as paid in Xero, Bluechain automatically cancels the request in the app. You can also cancel the request by Voiding the bill, adding a credit note or editing to make the amount due $0.

If the request is still displayed in the app, please contact the Bluechain support team by clicking on the messenger icon in the bottom right of this screen.
