Like any payment system, Bluechain must comply with certain regulations. This includes verifying the identity of people using the service to make payments.
Once you've registered with Bluechain via the online registration form and downloaded the app, you can make a single payment without completing the verification process. But to continue to use Bluechain you will need to provide identity documentation so we can verify your identity. The following steps allow you to verify your identity through the Bluechain app:
Open the more menu.
Select your personal profile.
Click the Verify option at the bottom of the screen.
You will be given the option to upload a driver's licence or a passport.
Select an option (e.g. passport).
Upload an image of your passport details page.
Enter your passport details including your full name and date of birth etc.
Press Submit.
Bluechain will verify the details and notify you in the App within 24 hours.
