How do I add invoices to Bluechain?

Adding Invoices

Adding invoices to Bluechain through the web portal or app is simple:

On the Bluechain web portal

  1. click on the Pay tab

  2. Select how you’d like to add invoices

    1. Connect to your accounting software – Xero, Sage (Quickbooks - coming soon!)

    2. or, Manually enter the invoice details

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete adding an invoice

*Please note if you are attempting to pay a sole trader or partnership, that is not registered with Companies House, they will not appear in the supplier list. Please read this article on how to add a sole trader or partnership.

Connecting to your accounting software is the most efficient method as this will automatically pull any unpaid invoices into the Bluechain dashboard.

On the Bluechain app

  1. Select the Pay tab

  2. Manually enter the invoice details

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete adding an invoice

If you’ve connected to your accounting software, or added invoices via the web portal, then all your invoices will automatically appear in the Bluechain app as either.:

In review – meaning additional info required before you can pay through Bluechain

Pending – ready to be paid
