There are several ways you can get help with using Bluechain.
If you are in the app, tap the More "hamburger" button at the bottom of your screen, and then tap Get Help to open the Help Centre. You can also access the Help Centre from any web browser at https://help.bluechain.com or by clicking the chat icon displayed at the bottom-right of the page in the Bluechain web portal.
In the Help Centre, you can search for a topic by typing a word or phrase into the search panel, such as "iOS version" or "pay a bill". Then tap on the article that best fits you enquiry. Alternatively, you can explore the Help Centre by tapping a collection and headings until you locate the article you want. Tap the Back button on your device to retrace your steps or tap the Bluechain icon at the top of the screen to return to the starting point.
