Coming back to Bluechain after an extended period of non-use

The Bluechain app has built-in keys that allow a secure connection to the Bluechain servers. These keys are renewed frequently to ensure that the connection is always secure. If you have not used the app for some time, the keys may not have renewed, and in this instance, your app may not be able to connect to our servers. You may see the diagnostics appear as follows:

When this occurs, you can try several things :

  1. Turn on and off flight mode

  2. Delete the Bluechain app and re-install from the App Store or Play store. All your data is saved. Once you open the app, sign in with your mobile number to restore your data.
