You can choose to schedule a bill or payment request for a future date.   

If the biller sent you the request for payment using Bluechain, the biller will be notified that it has been scheduled, so they won't need to chase you for payment.

A scheduled payment will be processed overnight on the date it is scheduled, so please ensure you have the funds available for the payment to be processed.

Scheduling a payment

  1. When the payment request is displayed, tap "..." to schedule the payment for a future date.
  2. Select "Schedule" and the date you wish to schedule the payment for and tap Done.  
  3. The scheduled date is displayed. To change the date, tap again.
  4. Tap Confirm to set the date. 

Viewing scheduled payments

Tap the Activity tab to view your Payable and Receivable scheduled and unscheduled payments. You can also see your history from here.

Rescheduling a payment

  1. Tap the Activity menu.
  2. Tap the Payable tab.
  3. Select the record you wish to change.
  4. Tap "..." and Reschedule.
  5. Change the date and Confirm

Paying a scheduled / unscheduled payment

  1. Tap the Activity menu.
  2. Tap the Payable tab.
  3. Select the record you wish to change.
  4. Click the express pay button to pay.

When a scheduled payment fails

You will be notified if the payment fails. You can view the failed payment on the Activity > Payable tab. To reprocess the transaction:

  1. Tap on the failed request.
  2. Select a different payment method (if required)
  3. Tap Pay Now to pay the transaction immediately.
