Redo a failed payment

When a payment fails

You will be notified if the payment fails due to insufficient funds, for example. You can view the failed payment on the Activity>Payable tab.

To redo the payment:

  1. On the Home screen, tap Activity.

  2. Tap the Payable tab.

  3. Tap on the failed request.

  4. If required, select a different payment method.

  5. Tap Pay.
