If you experience any unusual delays in using the app, here are a few things you can try to fix the problem:

  • Check the status of the Bluechain services. If the outage persists for more than a few minutes, please contact the support team.

  • Toggle Flight or Airplane mode on and off.

  • If turned off, turn Mobile Data back on.

  • Check your phone's signal strength or WiFi connection.

  • Close the Bluechain app and restart it:
    Android: close the app from Settings.
    iPhoneX or later, iPad running iPadOS or iOS 12 or later: from the Home screen, swipe up and pause in the middle of the screen, then swipe right or left to locate the Bluechain app, and then swipe up again to close.
    iPhone 8 or earlier: double-press the Home button, then swipe right or left to locate the Bluechain app, and then swipe up to close.

  • Power off your phone and restart it.
