What happens if there isn’t enough biller information for Bluechain to pay an invoice?

If there is not enough information on the biller in the invoice provided then we may require you add more information on the person or business you are trying to pay.

If this occurs your payment will appear in the ‘In Review’ section of the Pay tab in the portal/app. You will need to enter the missing information which will move the invoice to ‘Pending’ where you can then make payment.
